Campaign: Give the Gift of Herman Miller

Our challenge for this 360° campaign was to cut through the holiday clichés while creating brand awareness, expanding our customer base, and generating sales. In everything we do, we always strive to tell our history in a way that is relevant for our customer today.

Partnership

Brooklyn-based artists and Herman Miller super-fans, Leta Sobierajski and Wade Jeffree were the perfect partners to create our wildly colorful, optimistic, and whimsical sets for our holiday campaign. From cross promotional social messaging, in-store activations, and digital marketing, brand storytelling was at the heart of this vibrant campaign. Inspiration

Drawing from Herman Miller’s archives, Wade and Leta were inspired by the 1960s George Nelson Office design brochures, Alexander Girard’s textiles, and the Eames’ “Do Nothing” machine.

Outcome

The marketing strategy spread across mastheads, email communications, social media, in-store workshop, retail store windows, a partnership with BAGGU, and prize giveaways.
